Terms & Conditions of uvo77

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any Service on the uvo77 Platform. This requirement is absolute and applies without exception. uvo77 strictly prohibits access by minors. Any account found to have been registered by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, all Funds will be forfeited, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. uvo77 is designed and operated for the Indonesian market. You confirm that you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is permitted under the laws applicable to you. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether using the Platform is lawful in your specific location. uvo77 makes no representation that the Services are legal in all jurisdictions.

2.3 Legal Capacity. You confirm that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. You must not be acting on behalf of another person, a corporation, or any other legal entity when registering a personal account.

2.4 Self-Exclusion. You confirm that you have not previously been self-excluded from gambling services, that you are not subject to any voluntary or involuntary exclusion order, and that you are not a Prohibited Person as defined in Clause 1 of these Terms.

2.5 Employee Restriction. Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and immediate family members of uvo77 and its affiliated game studio partners are not eligible to register a Member account or participate in any promotional offer.

3.1 Single Account Rule. Each individual person may register and operate exactly one uvo77 account. Registering or attempting to register more than one account — whether under the same name, a different name, a different email address, or a different device — is a material breach of these Terms. uvo77 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and permanently forfeit any Funds held therein.

3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details. Providing false information constitutes grounds for immediate account closure without refund of Funds.

3.3 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. uvo77 will treat any activity conducted through your account as authorised by you. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3.4 Account Non-Transferability. Your uvo77 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or assigned to any other person. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in the permanent closure of all accounts involved.

3.5 Account Currency. All accounts on uvo77 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). uvo77 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. No foreign exchange conversion is applied to transactions.

4.1 Verification Requirement. uvo77 requires all Members to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal request. KYC may also be triggered by unusual account activity, large deposits, or at the Company's discretion at any time.

4.2 Acceptable Documents. To complete KYC, you must submit clear, unedited copies of the following documents:

• A valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) or valid passport.
• A recent bank statement or e-wallet transaction record confirming the payment method used to deposit, dated within 90 days.
• A selfie holding your identity document, if specifically requested by the uvo77 compliance team.

4.3 Processing Time. uvo77 aims to complete KYC review within 24 hours of receiving all required documents. During peak periods including Idul Fitri and Indonesian national public holidays, processing may take up to 72 hours. Members will be notified of the outcome by email.

4.4 Withdrawal Hold. uvo77 may place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests pending completion of KYC. Funds remain secure in the Member's account during this period. Interest is not payable on held Funds.

4.5 Refusal of Verification. If a Member fails to submit satisfactory KYC documentation within 30 days of a formal request, uvo77 may suspend the account and withhold withdrawal processing. If fraud or misrepresentation is identified during KYC review, the account will be permanently closed and all Funds forfeited.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. uvo77 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. uvo77 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Minimum Transaction Amounts. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the deposit and withdrawal pages of the Platform at the time of transaction. These minimums are subject to change without prior notice and may vary by payment method.

5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via Indonesian bank transfer and e-wallet are typically credited to a Member's account within five minutes. uvo77 is not responsible for delays caused by the Member's bank or e-wallet provider.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests submitted by KYC-verified Members are processed within five minutes for bank transfers to BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri during standard operating conditions — 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including Indonesian national public holidays. Processing times for CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, and e-wallet channels may vary.

5.5 Withdrawal to Registered Method Only. Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the uvo77 Member account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

5.6 Transaction Fees. uvo77 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges. uvo77 is not responsible for any such third-party fees.

5.7 Source of Funds. By making a deposit, you confirm that the Funds you are depositing are from a legitimate source and that you are the authorised holder of the payment method used. uvo77 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any transaction.

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by uvo77 are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page at the time the promotion is active. In the event of a conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus credits are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on the individual promotion page. uvo77 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals if wagering requirements have not been met.

6.3 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds that are not used within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the Member's account balance. Expired bonuses cannot be reactivated or reinstated.

6.4 Bonus Abuse. uvo77 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, coordinated wagering between multiple accounts to meet wagering requirements artificially, and placing low-risk combination bets solely to complete bonus rollover. Any Member found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their account closed and all Bonus Funds and associated winnings forfeited.

6.5 Right to Withdraw Promotions. uvo77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Modifications will not affect bonuses already claimed by eligible Members prior to the modification date.

6.6 Welcome Bonus Eligibility. The uvo77 welcome bonus is available to new Members making their first qualifying deposit only. One welcome bonus per person, per household, per device, and per IP address applies. Members who have previously held a uvo77 account under any identity are not eligible for the welcome bonus.

7.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on the uvo77 sportsbook are subject to acceptance by uvo77. A bet is only confirmed once you receive an on-screen confirmation and the stake is deducted from your account balance. uvo77 reserves the right to decline or limit any bet without providing a reason.

7.2 Odds and Pricing Errors. In the event that odds are published due to a manifest error — including typographical mistakes, data feed errors, or technical faults — uvo77 reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous odds. Members will be notified and stakes refunded promptly in such cases.

7.3 Match Suspension and Void Events. If a sporting event is suspended, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific sport rules published on the Platform. In the absence of applicable specific rules, uvo77's standard void policy applies and stakes will be returned to the Member's account.

7.4 Maximum Winnings. uvo77 applies maximum payout limits per bet, per event, and per day across all product categories. Current maximum payout figures are published in the sportsbook and casino rules sections of the Platform. Wins exceeding the applicable maximum payout will be capped at that limit.

7.5 Live Betting. In-play bets are accepted at uvo77's sole discretion. Odds in live betting are subject to rapid change. uvo77 is not responsible for delays between the displayed odds and the odds applied at the time of bet confirmation resulting from network latency.

7.6 Game Rules. For casino games, the rules of each individual game are governed by the game studio that developed the title. In the event of a conflict between a studio's published game rules and these Terms, the studio's game rules shall prevail for that specific game.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the uvo77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all Funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false registration information, impersonating another person, or using forged or altered identity documents during KYC.
• Money Laundering: Using the uvo77 Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to obscure the origin of such funds.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one uvo77 account, regardless of the name or credentials used.
• Automated Betting Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets, access account features, or interact with the Platform without human input.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Members to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including chip dumping in poker and cooperative wagering to exploit promotions.
• Exploitation of Technical Errors: Deliberately exploiting software glitches, pricing errors, or Platform vulnerabilities to gain an unfair financial advantage.
• Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback with your bank or payment provider for a transaction that was legitimately processed by uvo77. Any Member who initiates an unjustified chargeback will have their account closed and the disputed amount pursued through appropriate legal channels.
• Hacking and Interference: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to uvo77's systems, circumvent security measures, or disrupt the Platform in any way.

9.1 Ownership. All content on the uvo77 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, user interface, written content, graphics, and software — is the intellectual property of uvo77 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 Limited License. uvo77 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for the purpose of using the Services in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any uvo77 content.

9.3 Game Content. All game content, including titles licensed from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft, remains the intellectual property of the respective studios. Use of game content outside the Platform is strictly prohibited.

11.1 Platform Availability. uvo77 aims to provide uninterrupted access to the Platform at all times but does not guarantee continuous, error-free operation. 11.2 Cap on Liability. 11.4 Third-Party Services. uvo77 is not responsible for the performance, availability, or content of third-party services — including payment processors, game studios, and telecommunications providers — whose services are used in connection with the Platform.

12.1 Closure by Member. You may close your uvo77 account at any time by contacting our support team via email. Before closure is finalised, any pending bets will be settled and any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to KYC requirements being satisfied.

12.2 Closure by uvo77. uvo77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, and to withhold or forfeit Funds, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading registration or KYC information.
• Engagement in any Prohibited Conduct as defined in Clause 8.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.

12.3 Inactive Account Policy. An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wager has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. uvo77 may deduct an inactivity maintenance fee of Rp 50.000 per calendar month from the balance of inactive accounts, commencing from the 13th month of inactivity. The Member will be notified by email prior to any deduction. If the account balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. Members may reactivate their account at any time before closure by logging in and completing a deposit.

12.4 Effect of Termination. Upon account closure, your licence to use the Platform terminates immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature survive termination — including Clauses 8, 9, 11, and 13 — shall continue in full force and effect.

13.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which uvo77 is licensed and incorporated, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

13.2 Informal Resolution. In the event of any dispute, complaint, or claim relating to your use of the Platform or the settlement of any wager, you must first contact uvo77's support team in writing at [email protected] and provide full details of your concern. uvo77 will acknowledge your submission within 48 hours and aim to provide a full written response within 14 calendar days.

13.3 Escalation. If you are not satisfied with uvo77's response to a formal complaint, you may request escalation to a senior member of our compliance team. uvo77 will review escalated complaints within 30 calendar days of the escalation request and issue a final written decision.

13.4 Jurisdiction. You agree that any legal proceedings arising from or related to your use of the uvo77 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts designated by the governing law applicable to uvo77's licence. By using the Platform, you irrevocably submit to that jurisdiction.

14.1 Right to Amend. uvo77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. For material changes, uvo77 will provide advance notice to Members via the email address registered on their account.

14.2 Acceptance of Amendments. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of an amended version of these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the amended Terms take effect.

14.3 Version History. uvo77 maintains an internal version history of all amendments to these Terms. Members may request a copy of a prior version by contacting support in writing.
